Who issues the card?+

Can I set different limits for different people?+
Yes. Limits, categories and merchant blocks can be set per card, per person or per purpose, and edited at any time.
What if someone tries to spend outside the rules?+
The transaction is declined at the point of sale. There is nothing to recover afterwards.
Do cards work for one-off trips or events?+
Yes. Prepaid cards can be loaded for a single purpose with a short validity, and unused balance returns.
How do receipts get matched to card spend?+
Employees attach receipts in the app. Each one is matched to its transaction and posted to the right cost centre.
